About us
These terms cover website design and related services provided by Gravity Sales & Marketing Ltd, a company registered in the United Kingdom, company number 16512208.
What we agree in advance
Before any work begins we’ll confirm in writing what package you’ve chosen, the pages included, what you’ll send over, what we’ll write and design, and how payment works. That written summary, together with these terms, forms the agreement between us.
Content you provide
You confirm that any logos, images, wording or other material you send us are yours to use, or that you have permission to use them. We’ll only use what you send us for your project.
Domains and hosting
Where a package includes a domain, hosting or SSL for a fixed period, the specifics (which domain, how long, what happens at renewal) will be confirmed in writing when your site is set up. If you already own a domain we’ll help you connect or transfer it — you’ll need the login for your current provider.
Approval and launch
You’ll get to review your site before it goes live. Once you’ve approved it we’ll launch it and it becomes your responsibility to keep us posted about any changes you’d like.
Liability
We’ll take reasonable care in producing your website. To the extent permitted by law our liability for any single project is limited to the fees paid for that project. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Scotland and disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the Scottish courts.
