When you complete the enquiry form we collect the name, business name, phone number and email address you provide, plus a short description of what your business does. If you contact us by email, phone or WhatsApp we hold whatever you choose to send us.
Why we use it
We use your details only to reply to your enquiry and, if you go on to become a client, to plan and deliver your project. We do not sell your information and we do not use it for unrelated marketing.
How long we keep it
Enquiry emails are kept in our inbox for as long as they may be useful for follow-up. Client project records are kept for the life of the project and for a reasonable period afterwards for accounting and record-keeping. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.
Your rights
